The most successful websites speak to their ideal customers. Using the right words, promising appropriate solutions, for the perfect audience.
Does your company have a website up & running? Is it speaking to the people who want (or need) your products or services? Are you turning them into paying customers? These are some things we dive into during this webinar. You’ll walk away with a better idea of what to say, how to say it, and how it can be organized to make sense for your audience. (Disclaimer: I’m not a web designer or developer, this course speaks only to the words on the page and basic presentation).
Questions we’ll look at:
Do you understand your target audience?
What are the words they use when they are searching for your service or product?
What are they looking for when they come to your website?
How do you interact with them on your website?
How much of the information that you want to tell them is really necessary on your website? (Hint: Probably not all of it)
We’ll walk through my process of researching and writing a 5-page website for my clients.

Patricia Viscount is a Conversion Copywriter, with her own business, Patricia Viscount Consulting Ltd. She writes marketing material - think websites, blogs, and emails - for small and medium-sized businesses that are looking to grow and have better, more engaging “conversations” with their ideal clients.
