The 8 Drivers of Company Value

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Today, a new industry is developing to serve a different kind of business owner. The defining characteristic of these business clients is an aspiration to grow enterprise value rather than revenue. There was a time when size was the ultimate measure of a company’s success, but increasingly, these entrepreneurs – called Value Builders – are aspiring to maximize value, often at the expense of their size. Rick Moore is a Certified Value Builder advisor. In this presentation he will outline the 8 keys to maximizing the value of a business. Whether you want to sell in two years or twenty, knowing and establishing these drivers in your business now is crucial to creating a company that is “Built to Sell”.
