COURSE DESCRIPTION 

Are you interested in learning about risk assessment? Risk management is a must, for all businesses to show good leadership for creditors, insurers, and Board of Directors.

Using the Rana Garment Factory tragedy in Bangladesh as a case study, you will learn,

·        how to build a risk register,

·        about ISO 130000:2018,

·        Enterprise Risk Management quadrants, and

·        types of risk assessment.

AUDIENCE

This lunch and learn is geared to those who are operating their own company or charity and do not have a risk department. Or those who are project managers and are interested in developing a risk register. Avoid extra expenses from catastrophic losses and increase business continuity by developing a risk register.
