As the President of REAL Recruitment, Lloyd Hamshaw’s goal to assist their clients in growing their organization. The best days for REAL Recruitment is when they successfully match a candidate with a client. He brings recruiting and business development skills to REAL Recruitment with over 17 years' experience in the recruiting industry.
In addition to the recruiting industry, Lloyd has experience in sports marketing and advertising. My experience has given me a strong understanding of how successful organizations work and where organizations facing challenges can effectively focus their energy by identifying the right candidate(s).
Lloyd is also an Area Director for BNI Alberta South where Givers Gain is the philosophy for BNI, but a mantra for him. As an Area Director, he is training business owners on improving their business processes and growing their business through network marketing.
