Market Research: How to Get Customer Feedback

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Asking your customers for feedback is one of the best ways to find out first-hand what’s important to your target market. That information can be leveraged to build out a marketing campaign to target new customers. First-hand collection of data can be captured using some free online tools, but the trick is to find out what to ask so you get the relevant information. In this session learn the basics of how to construct a survey and tips for getting the most responses.
