PRESENTER

Scott Henderson is the managing director of dHz Media, a marketing communications agency formed in 2001. Its clients are currently involved in real estate (residential and recreational property), tourism, architecture and planning, and business & technology. 

dHz Media’s core services are marketing communications strategy, media relations and Internet marketing. It combines traditional writing methods with the latest digital marketing techniques to ensure successful marketing campaigns.

Scott has twenty-five years’ experience in marketing communications and public relations in Canada and Great Britain, where he practiced I.T. public relations. Current clients include Spring Creek, Canmore; New Horizon Mall, Qualex Landmark (Vancouver and Calgary), and the Canadian Home Builders Association Central Okanagan.

Active in politics, Scott worked media advance for Prime Minister John Major during the 1992 and 1997 General Election tours.  At the request of the Conservative Central Office, Scott returned briefly to the UK in spring 2001 for William Hague's Campaign Tour.

He is the author of, How to Sell More Homes with PR, a white paper for the real estate industry on using public relations to assist with sales and municipal building approvals.

An avid skier, Scott also does travel writing in his spare time.
