He uses his background in Human Resources Management along with over ten years as a career strategist and understands the strategic and tactical issues that job seekers face and as a coach he is highly effective in opening up new perspectives.

In 2014 Alnoor was certified in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from the Canadian Mental Health Association. Since then, he has facilitated several groups over the years. His efforts for creating lasting change were recognized and he was appointed as the National Manager for Living Life To The Full ( 8-week Cognitive Behaviour Therapy program) in 2016 and has coached, mentored and facilitators and Mental Health Leads.
