Pamila Fonseka is committed to helping small to medium businesses identify and take control of their Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) story. She knows that accounting for ESG aspects of business is important because they provide valuable information about what's really happening in an organization. With extensive experience in the non-profit sector, she uses her collaborative leadership style to help clients identify, track, and integrate sustainability practices into their operations.

Pamila holds the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting designation, and helps link material sustainability information to financial performance.
