Ron is a respected executive business leader and strategist with a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit that spans energy (upstream & midstream), industrial, consumer products, e-commerce, import/export and business start-ups. He is a co-founder of ReSourceYYC and several other companies.  He provides management consulting through his company, Adduco, to share his expertise.

Ruslan Cebotari

As  Founder of ARC Solution Ltd, an accounting, and financial advisory services company, Ruslan is passionate about supporting and guiding small size companies in Alberta. 
Rus has been involved in financial and accounting roles for more than 20 years, with extensive experience in banking, transportation, and health industries. Prior to launching his own business in 2017, Ruslan held a controller position with various companies. Before becoming a controller, Ruslan spent over 10 years in the banking industry in progressive financial advisor roles.

Rus holds a Master of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova. Ruslan lives in Calgary with his family. In his spare time, he loves exploring the outdoors with friends, family, and their four-legged companions.

Scott Courtney

Scott Courtney is the Founder and President of Commodore Solutions Workplace Testing Services Inc.(Commodore Solutions).  Commodore Solutions is a provider of Occupation Health testing services across Alberta. Started in 2012 Commodore Solutions has grown from an idea into three clinics in Alberta and multiple onsite location setups. Prior to Commodore Solutions, Scott was an owner in a manufacturing firm specializing in truck bodies for agriculture and commercial applications along with mobile oilfield equipment. Scott is a private investor and board member of three other Calgary based small businesses in the Tech, Cannabis, and Consumer services industries. 

Jamil Thobani

Jamil is an accomplished and dynamic Real Estate Aficionado. His practice focuses on resale, development and management of assets. He’s an out-of-the-box thinker who champions innovative solutions to complex problems, ensuring strategies drive business growth and align with the overall organizational vision. Leveraging his management consulting background, Jamil mentors entrepreneurs to be the CEO of their business so that through simple business optimization, they can run an effective business, instead of running inside their business.

Jody Conrad MBA

A problem solver to her core, Jody has a unique combination of technical expertise, operational knowledge, and managerial accounting which she used to found her business Krux Analytics. Jody earned her Executive Masters in Business Administration from Queen’s, her Bachelor’s Degree in Technology from Memorial University, and her Diploma in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting from SIAST Polytechnic.
