Jeff Griffiths is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) specializing in workforce and organizational development, and the link to performance. Since 1988, he has focused on creating high performing learning organizations.

Jeff is a leading Canadian authority on competency-based training and certification, and an advocate for truly competency-based organizations. He has been involved in talent identification and development at all levels, from senior management through to front line workers, and is a vocal proponent of integrated workplace learning and the adoption of advanced apprenticeship methods for developing all talent segments in the economy.

Jeff is a Fellow (FCMC) of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Alberta, holds the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation from the Institute for Performance and Learning, and is a Senior Fellow with the Canada West Foundation, where he has collaborated on a number of research papers that have informed Canadian public policy in the realm of skills and workforce development.
