The key to successful consulting is the ability to influence client behaviour and to facilitate change without actually having any authority to do so. It’s a delicate balance that requires a unique blend of skills that go beyond having technical expertise.
Jeff Griffiths FCMC and Sheila Carruthers CMC will share tips on how to:
· Be professional , objective, and independent in your thoughts and performance,
· Know how to communicate the bad news as well as the good news; and
· Manage relationships effectively - give your clients the best value and ensure they know it.
